What are the differences between bibliometric analysis and meta-analysis, the latter of which is often used for review articles?

I’m sorry to ask a basic question! I often see code switching and translanguaging used interchangeably in some research - what exactly are the boundaries between these concepts? Is it possible to speak about “code switching + semiotic resources” or is this where it becomes translanguaging?
