Great work. Was part of a grant for similar center at RCCC which was funded by USDoEd. The retention data was significant and student satisfaction was greatly enhanced.

@Diana McNeill: actually enrollment in nursing programs are robust across the nation. I agree that our current nursing workforce is getting tired, which makes it even more important that we prepare nurses to support our frontline workers AND build resiliency skills while their in their programs.

That is wonderful news. The popular press paints a dismal picture of the future health care work force resiliency.

Much of what the press is reporting is real, which is why we MUST prepare our future nurses and NP's at all levels to not only survive but thrive!
