I'm interested in the fact that feelings are often seen as "bad" if they are not positive feelings. It seems people are often afraid to be seen as "negative" if they are not portraying happiness 24 hours a day.

I recall Professor Weiss speaking to us in this conference about lessons he learned as a program director who had to disperse his residents post-Katrina. He said an essential feeling was “If I stumble,, will this team pick me up?” Are there any sessions on ideal behaviors of team members and teams acting together?
