Stephanie, really nice discussion. Would you comment about the role of preemptively placing a naso-enteral feeding tube in AH? Amongst the treatments we have for this disease, nutrition continues to be such an important aspect that is not necessarily overlooked, but feeding these patients can be extremely difficult.

Excellent talk, Stephanie. Recent data show that Lille score at Day#4 could be used to determine mortality or need to discontinue steroid therapy in a hospitalized patient who insists on going home. You don’t need to wait for day #7
