any advice for making the aims independent of each other? I feel like I always struggle with determining if my aims are different enough and don’t rely on each other heavily.

If you have interdependence to two projects (using samples from first project for second project), is it better to list as Aim 2A and Aim 2B?

no that’s good!

In regards to having others review your aims page prior to submission, I imagine there would be benefit from having someone completely removed from the field your work is based in to get at the “rest of the room” applicability. Do you think you need anything more than members of your scholarship committee many of us will likely have? How many reviewers is too many is maybe another way to put this?

I will be applying to funding by March of Dimes, does that alter the structure of the aims page at all? Other than making sure my aims align w/ the institution's mission.

For letters of support- one letter will be from my PhD supervisor but who do you recommend a second letter from - would it be better to get one from a clinical mentor if my application history is a bit research heavy or from a co-advisor?

would part of this be dual time acting as fellow and also enrolling patients in a study during fl season?
