Can you explain the SOM's requirement for an additional 10% of indirects on top of the 33% indirects for industry's funded clinical trial? Because most sponsors will refuse to pay this, our grant manager will inflate our budget to ensure that there is money to pay the SOM's additional 10%. I'm uncomfortable with this practice at Duke.
